About the event
The 2nd PIL Crescendo Study Visit takes partners’ representatives to an immersive experience in Paris, focusing on the intersection of music, youth engagement, and gender inclusion. Hosted by the International Music Council in collaboration with the "Les Femmes s’en Mêlent" festival, the event highlights successful practices and challenges faced by organizations championing equity in the music sector.
Participants will engage in hands-on activities, such as DJing workshops at the iconic La Machine du Moulin Rouge, and explore initiatives fostering inclusion, such as meetings with Zebrock and MusicToo France. The visit also includes the presentation of the Roadmap for Equality & Inclusion at the Centre National de la Musique, networking opportunities with EuropaVox, and live concerts at Le Petit Bain.
Through these experiences, attendees will gain insights into Paris’s vibrant music culture and learn how innovative projects are driving social change. The program is designed to inspire attendees, while fostering connections that support their role as changemakers in the global music industry.
